Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a hot tub (can work with or without heater) and a patio. The beach and Bar Harbor is just 10-14 mins drive  
Property located in one of the best neighborhoods of Miami Dade: Biscayne Park - bird sanctuary. Just across from amazing golf course.  
  
All appliances are Kitchen Aid and design furniture from West elm and CB2  
  
House is a duplex . You’ll enjoy complete privacy on your side of a house . No sharing space with anyone else . Backyard is fenced .  
  
The house is located in an area where train occasionally passes through,. The train doesn\`t honk, so you’ll hardly notice it passing by.
