If the unit you selected is already booked and dates show as unavailable, please inquire as we may have other comparable units available. Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Our many years of highest ratings and reputation are evident by our independent guest reviews. Apartment 519 at The Alexander (5th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft fully renovated contemporary signature suite with 3-4 bedrooms (convertible 3rd bedroom) and 2 bathrooms with intracoastal bay and city views. With 2 queen beds in master bedroom, 2 queen beds in guest bedroom, 3rd bedroom (no windows) has 2 twins which we can assemble as a king if requested, and a single twin for added sleeping in the convertible 4th bedroom which serves as an expansion of the living room for privacy in the evening with glass doors and opens for use during the day. There is a large 20-ft balcony, full granite and stainless kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room and dining area seats 6-8\. HDTV TV's, cable channels and free Wi-Fi. Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 11 guests. Our resort has some of the finest amenities along Miami Beach, so you feel like royalty during your stay. Could use recycling bin and instructions. The property is a little tired- frigid over a/c’d hallways and long waits for elevators and towels. Beautiful condo, spacious and clean describes this spot. The condo is fully equipped for cooking& serving. It truly looks like the pictures from the website. The Alexander resort is amazing too. The check in process was easy. It was a total of 7 of us and there was plenty of room for each person. Our only issues were with the hotel and not owners of the condo. ##### Traci T.
