It has a large gas grill under the covered area, an outdoor fridge, a bunch of sun umbrellas, plenty of loungers, a patio dining set in the shade (can seat 10 people) so you can have your meals while enjoying the sun or coolly admiring the fountain.

This super quiet 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom APARTMENT, which is located in Little Havana, just 5 minutes walking from famous Calle Ocho, offers everything you need while you, your family & friends relax and enjoy Miami! Relax in cool and quiet living room, ideal for groups and families who would like to stay together, for few couples traveling together or business travelers where everyone wants to be at the same location but wants their own room at the same time.

12 min to Rickenbacker Causeway Beach, 2 min to the Calle Ocho Walk of Fame, 13 min to Miami Downtown, 19 min to the design district, 9 min to Coral Gables and even walking distance to dozens of restaurants, seriously there is just too many to list!

It has 2 full-size beds, A king bed and 2 twin air mattresses.

Full-size laundry on-site (SHARED), high chair, and playpen are also available (no extra charge).

Parking for 2 large vehicles.

Virtually everything is new. Beds, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, lights, furniture, drapes, pillows, mattresses, sheets, etc.

There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 55-inch Smart TV in the King bedroom. All of them with 150 channels available on Roku platform. You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop). Superfast WiFi (350 Mbps) and guaranteed signal in every room.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Disclosure: "The entire building is being monitored 24/7 with surveillance cameras. OUTSIDE ONLY (Parking, Main entrances, Outdoor gates, and Patio and/or Pool. It is a requirement of the host insurance, and as a bonus, it protects guests from any unforeseen circumstances.

Filthy and in disrepair. We were without a toilet for 12 hours while various people worked on it. We were told not to flush TP as this caused the clog. I tried plunging myself but quit when waste water surged up into the shower. We were told not to touch the thermostat as it served 2 other units in the building. NEVER can one thermostat provide comfort for 3 separate units. We were also told by David that his "Small family business" has served 55K guests and never has 1 complained they needed heat. Overnight, outdoor temps were 52 deg and the terrible HVAC system was sucking in outside air with such force that the bedroom drapes were billowing in so temps INSIDE were 66 degrees-hardly sufficient for my elderly 100lb mother. Another guest said, "Look at me! I am wearing two sweatshirts and sweatpants!" My wife is freezing too and we have already complained." They were from MA-40 miles from us in CT...and all of us New Englanders were freezing. David told us to buy space heaters on our VISA, use them for our 3 week stay, and he'd return them for us after we left. The heaters popped a breaker in the wee hours of Fri AM. We had no access to breaker panel. We had no power til Mon at 10AM. In general, the place was a filthy dump. The "beautiful patio" had moldy, ripped cushions, 2 empty LP tanks for the grill, counters falling apart. The entry lite fixtures didn't work and had to be replaced. Windows that dont stay open, dirt, grunge everywhere you look. Broken floor tiles

It never specified that the house had 3 different apartments, all on the same floor, same house. I found it kind of weird. The kitchen has only a few kitchen utensils and the house didn’t look so clean.

Wonderful Stay, Close to Everything
This is our second time staying with this property owner, and I always appreciate the great communication and responsiveness. The property was exactly as described, absolutely spotless, comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful patio!! And we were only a couple of blocks from Cafe Versailles, 5 min away from the rest of calle 8 and 15 min away from Miami Beach. Excellent location.

Great Spot
Beds were comfy. There is a coffee pot but on our second stay we had to supply our own coffee filters, which isn't totally unexpected. There is a washer and dryer, but same thing, bring your own detergent and fabric softener. Backyard is great- I wish I had 20 friends in town to host a big bbq.

Safe area, clean, and spacious
Our group of 5 came to Miami to stay a few nights before boarding for a bachelorette cruise and the space was perfect. The outdoor patio was a great addition even though the weather didn't permit us to use it the first night. The space was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The only issue we ran into was at night, where it seemed the thermostat was set on a timer and we are all hot natured people and woke up sweating. Our security deposit was returned at a timely manner. If I had any suggestions for the property owners it would be to add a vent to the bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay here, and we would definitely rent this space again.

Over all a great get away home
We stayed there 2 weeks ago, as we went for my mothers birthday. Over all it was a beautiful great clean home to stay in clean shower towels, bedding, full kitchen items, but we did have a few issues. First upon arrival the trash was filled and smelled HORRIBLE ( as if there was a dead animal in there) as soon as we walked up we could smell it. The second issue was the dinner plates were all dirty with food on them so we had to let them soak and scrub before using. And our third disappointment was that although the backyard is beautiful as pictured it was really unusable as the patio cushions were all molded and smelly. So we couldn’t sit on them and actually enjoy the patio as we wish we could of. But besides those few issues we really enjoyed it and was a great home and decent distant from everything around. Communication with the owner was also great and fast. AC worked great, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and even provided us with beach towels! Over all recommend for a get away home.

Possibilities
House was okay, but very hot when we arrived. Took awhile for the air conditioning to kick in. Going back a step, check in required us to go through shared laundry (two units in house) and enter the code for our unit. Because laundry is unlocked and there are no windows to see out before exiting the unit through the laundry, this is a security issue. Who knows who could be in there. Perhaps a second code for the laundry is in order. Detergent was also not provided. I also had to put out two large cans of trash, which were both full, and who knows how long it had been since they had been put out. In the owner's defense they did offer to put it out. Communication with the owner was good. I wasn't in the house much, but my wife said the furniture was uncomfortable. Nice back yard. Neighborhood is nondescript residential, but was convenient to Miami and affordable. In the Little Havana neighborhood, but too far to walk to the main part of Calle Ocho in late July Miami heat.
