All I can say the view is amazing and seems like they just recently updated the unit. All of that is great and amazing. Yet we still had a few complaints. 1\. The water circulation issue. For it to be hot you have to have the water on for 10 minutes! What a waste! Literally per what the host said to me in text and email is for us to have hot water you have to keep it running for 10 minutes. Seems super wasteful to me. Also, the host was not the most kind in helping me with the issue. He told me very direct and sternly that there are zero issues with the unit, that I just need to let it run for 10 minutes. And talked to me as though I am a bit stupid.. lol 2\. There was this obnoxious noise of some fan in the ceiling that turned on at the middle of night, it wasn't the a/c as it was the few days in Miami that were cold and so we had all AC off but still was this obnoxious noise that turned on in the middle of the night and we tried every switch in the unit to no prevail. 3\. Last thing is they come into the unit everyday to get the trash, which I just found a bit weird. It just seemed weird that they come take my trash everyday and enter without me knowing... The overall experience of the unit wasn't the best with cold water showers(unless you wanted to waste 10 minutes of water to get it hot), the obnoxious noise we had(resulted in using ear cancellation pods), and the encounters with the host(not the kindest). The apartment was huge and just beautifully decorated throughout. Both the bedroom and bath were comfortable, fully functional for all our needs and exquisite in design.
