DO NOT STAY HERE. Seriously. Just don’t.My adult son and I booked this place for a Miami trip during the WBC, choosing it specifically for the location and the advertised pool in the shared courtyard. That turned out to be a complete joke.From the second we walked in, it was clear this place was nothing like the listing. There were old, exposed cable wires hanging around, and the entire unit smelled damp and musty, like it hadn’t aired out in years. The AC was set to 78 and barely worked, leaving the place humid and uncomfortable.We left for the game hoping it was just a rough first impression. It wasn’t.When we got back and actually looked around, the truth was obvious. The photos are completely misleading. And the biggest issue? There is NO pool in the courtyard. None. Advertising one is flat-out false.The rest of the place didn’t get any better. Still damp, still smelled, and only cooled down to a weak 74 degrees. Towels were inadequate, and the kitchen setup was laughable. Barely any utensils, and the forks looked like they came from a dollar store and had already lost a fight.I contacted VRBO expecting some level of support, but they were completely useless and did nothing to help.If you’re thinking about booking this place, do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. This property is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and not worth the money or the aggravation.
