The property is really well equipped for people who plan to enjoy the beach (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) and is literally a 5 min walk from the beach. Couple of nice restaurants around the corner (but do not forget that you are in south beach….) and the host recommandations were great. Quick communication with him also. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that the elevator is next to the appartment. The noise ain’t that bad but you can definitely hear it. Overall great spot, would definitely return. Great location on a quiet side street but still very close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Apartment very clean, spacious, well-furnished and with plenty of daylight. Lot of dining options within walking distance: I personally like Burger Meister and Pizza De Miami in the immediate area, but every type of food and cuisine are accounted for.
