Enjoy a clean, cozy space with a full kitchen, fast WiFi, and everything needed for a convenient stay—ideal for business or leisure travelers.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy 1BR apartment featuring a king-size bedroom with Smart TV, full bathroom with essentials, a living room with sofabed, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax outdoors in your private patio and backyard. Located just a 10-minute walk to Brickell City Centre, 7 minutes from restaurants/bars, and 5 minutes to Downtown. Miami Airport is 15 minutes away.  
  
Pets welcome – $145 per pet.

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.  
  
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

We want to let you know in advance that, while the unit is fully private and quiet most of the time, there may be occasional noise from nearby commercial activity during normal business hours. This is part of the neighborhood’s lively and urban atmosphere, and most guests don’t find it disruptive.  
  
We’re mentioning it only for full transparency so expectations are clear — but it should not affect your stay or comfort. If you’re sensitive to noise or need anything to feel more comfortable, just let us know and we’re happy to assist!

#### Great location and amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in Miami! The condo was in a great location, we could walk to Publix and Walgreens. Parking was a bit tricky, but we found a garage we could leave our car at for the weekend (paid). The condo had everything we needed, including all cookware and bedding. Would absolutely stay there again!

#### Perfect spot

Cute apartment! Absolutely perfect. Reasonably quiet, within walking distance of everything you could need. Super easy host to work with. Everything was quite clean. If I was going to wish for anything, it would be a little more horizontal surface in the bathroom. Maybe even just an over-the-toilet shelf. A girly girl would have had a tough time in there.
