Walking: Ideal for short distances and exploring the local area, with sidewalks and pedestrian-friendly streets. Public Transit: Utilize the Metrorail, Metromover, and buses for efficient travel around Brickell and greater Miami. Biking: Rent a bike or use bike-sharing services for a convenient and eco-friendly way to navigate the city. Ride-sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft offer quick and flexible transport options throughout the area. Driving: Rent a car or use your own vehicle for greater freedom and access to more distant locations, with ample parking available. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you. Please take a moment to go over our booking additional rule and confirm your understanding: Each building card has a replacement cost of $100 if lost.
