Sin embargo, quiero mencionar dos puntos importantes a mejorar. Yo solo hablo español y el soporte telefónico fue únicamente en inglés. Tuve que esperar bastante tiempo hasta que finalmente me consiguieron a una persona que hablara español, lo cual fue incómodo, especialmente llegando cansado y con mi familia. También se me solicitó un depósito de 300 dólares que no estaba claramente indicado en la reserva de Expedia. Acepté pagarlo para poder continuar con el proceso, ya que quería resolver la situación lo antes posible. Después de eso, la experiencia fue satisfactoria y la estadía transcurrió sin problemas.
