Great stay
Clean, spacious property with great location near beach, walking paths and shopping. Three pools to go to in the complex. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Great family vacation
We had a short trip planned to Miami area and this was a perfect place to stay for our family. Short drive to the airport, great beach, pool was close to our room, grills to use by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Fun !
The property was clean and comfortable. The property owner, Encina, was quick to respond to our few, initial questions. The entire Key Colony complex is very well maintained and has friendly staff as well as friendly residents. Beach access was simple, and the covered parking was a big plus. Our family of 4 had a great time!

Awesome!
This place was in a great location with access to the beach. (The only drawback was there is only 1 umbrella per room, regardless of the number of people staying.) There are great places to eat nearby, as well as a drug store and grocery store. Just two miles south is a State Park with a lighthouse that we also visited and enjoyed. Our host was very responsive to all our communications and we had a great time.

Location, location!
Awesome place! Great communication with hosts. Very good location. The only negative, the beds are not very comfortable, but we didn’t go there to sleep!

Misleading Property
This property was great as far as size only. We had 6 adults and 2 children. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, no trash bags, garbage disposal did not work thus creating backup when dishwasher was used, very unsanitary! The floor was extremely dirt, do not look under the couch!! Dirt, food, and cigarette packet. The photos look great but the actual walls are different colors - there must have been a flood because there was water damage inside one bathroom where the walls were moldy but painted over. The neighbors are extremely loud and children running around the courtyard with no supervision. I realized this is not directly related to the property itself, however it is frustrating when you are trying to sleep at night!. Very disappointed!

Perfect stay for my family.
This property was a dream. We not only had plenty of room for our family of 7, but the private beach was perfect. We didn't mind the short walk to the water. The beach umbrella and chairs provided were also a great addition. The condo was quiet and well furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated since the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. The island of Key Biscayne was beautiful and a short drive to the city. It was an incredible vacation for my family.

Beautiful all around!
This stay was amazing! The location is perfect very family friendly but also fun environment. It is walking distances from great restaurants and the beach was private and super easy to get to. The property has three pool to choose from which was super nice and a play ground for children. The apartment itself was great as well! Very open and a lot of space for the party size we had. Would highly highly recommend!!

Great getaway
We loved the pool right outside and the short, but super nice walk to the ocean. The beach is private, well kept and having an umbrella and chairs out there for our use was such a nice extra! The little market was a treat as well, everyone was friendly! Even though we visited during spring break nothing was too crowded in the area. We loved the location and that you could walk to the nearby restaurants as well! Encina was super prompt with communication and we appreciated that so much!

Exceeded everyone's expectations
The property was so beautiful. We read a ten minute walk to the beach, but what wasn't mentioned, is that you walk the pathway through gorgeous landscaping, past a lot pond with waterfalls and large swimming pools. There were plenty of umbrellas and chairs on the beach which was clean and quiet. The apartment accomadated 8 people comfortably. Encina was fantastic about responding back to any requests/questions. The condo was clean and updated. Grocery store was nearby as well as restaurants. We ate lunch at the outdoor bar on the property more than we planned, because the lobster rolls were amazing. The location was good, a was a short ride to Miami or Coral Gables. We all absolutely loved it.

A relaxing getaway
The owner was very quick to answer all my questions. The entire apartment and all of key colony was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the close beach access, there were always plenty of sun seats and umbrellas. The rooms in the apartment are very spacious. Our babies slept in the playpen that the owner provided.

Successful rental experience at Key Colony: listing was accurate, Encina was very helpful, transaction was effortless. Very pleased with Key Colony development - location, pool, beach, tennis courts, etc. Overall stay was comfortable and worthwhile.

Great location. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. About a 10 minute walk down to the beach, once you figure out the best path it’s pretty quick. Spacious bedrooms, more than enough bathrooms, kitchen had has everything you need. Our group had an issue while checking out (totally our fault), owner was more than accommodating.

Nice stay in the beautiful island
Maria’s home is very clean and spacious. All equipment works well and the amenities of the complex are nicely maintained. Maria communicates quickly and in a very friendly manner.

Great location and accommodations for a family and friends beach vacation !
Very comfortable accommodations with plenty of space for our group of friends! Key Biscayne is beautiful with great beaches, restaurants and Starbucks in walking distance. Owner is very responsive and we had a wonderful visit! Definitely will return when we want to have a sunny beach vacation again !
