This brand-new building features luxurious, air-conditioned units with fully equipped kitchens fitted with premium Bosch appliances, Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and access to a private terrace. Guests enjoy full access to hotel-style amenities, combining the comfort of a home with the service of a high-end resort all in a prime, walkable location. PROPERTY OVERVIEW This apartment is a Residence Unit located within the same complex as the hotel but is privately owned and independently managed. It is not owned, operated, endorsed, or affiliated with the hotel. As such, certain hotel services — including room service, daily housekeeping, laundry/dry cleaning, and engineering — are not available for residence guests. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 3 PM – 12 AM (midnight) After 12 AM, third-party check-in may be available (fees apply). A mandatory resort fee of $35 per night is collected by the hotel at check-in. This fee is per unit and covers all registered guests. Please note, this is a privately owned unit and does not include daily housekeeping. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
