Walk to beach! The Ocean Reserve at 19370 Collins Avenue in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, spreads out in the heart of the new Florida Riviera. Located a few steps across Collins Avenue from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and night spots and a few miles from the Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Race Course and Casino, and South Beach. The resort allows guests to enjoy all of South Florida's outdoor fun including golf, deep sea fishing and entertainment. This vacation condo is a large 1500 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit on the 3rd floor with a kitchen, dining and living areas. It is outfitted with linens, towels and all of the kitchen basics. The apartment overlooks the spectacular pool area and tennis courts against the backdrop of the Aventura skyline from the balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV. separate vanity area, two walk in closets an en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has two full size beds, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The large living room is furnished with an entertainment center with a 55" flat screen TV, sofa, chaise lounge, and side chair . The large dining room table easily accommodates six. The balcony overlooks the pool, garden and tennis courts and has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all new upgraded appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge. There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool. tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. There is access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches. This is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travelers. IMPORTANT NOTES: The Ocean Reserve condominium will be undergoing a building wide exterior concrete restoration program starting during the summer of 2025\. There may be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with possible balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there from October 19th to 23rd. The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room. Everything you need is provided. Unfortunately, a light switch and electrical outlet in the bedroom and bathroom are not properly secured, making them dangerous to use. We also only learned three days before our arrival that an exterior concrete renovation program would be taking place there in the fall of 2025, and that there could be noise and balcony closures during that week. And that's exactly what happened. It was almost unbearable. The stay was anything but relaxing. It's a shame, as we traveled from Germany to enjoy our vacation. The beach of sunny isles is just across the road. The owners were friendly and very helpful, giving us lots of information in advance and keeping in touch throughout for further advice. The unit had everything you need in the kitchen. However, the dishwasher needed servicing. The fobs didn’t work as the building is under renovation, security was not up to par and the banging started as of 9 a.m. The condo was clean, the washrooms need TLC. The manager was available for any questions and concerns. I would recommend this unit. ##### Deane B. There was a total of three guys so we needed 3 beds. The oversized condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean and was generously supplied ranging from utensils to beach chairs. In addition to the pool, we enjoyed the coffee shop every morning located on the main floor. You feel super safe, good parking lot, clean, a lot of space there, the park just across the street is perfect for little ones. Mr Di Natale is super responsive and he is following up any request you might have. We were not made aware of this construction prior to booking or arriving. Wasn’t awful just noisy and inconvenient with access in and out of the building. The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Apartment was well represented re rooms and plenty of space. The beach chairs and towels provided were extremely helpful and made the daily beach visits fantastic! Floors weren’t that clean. Overall I’d recommend staying here. The property owner was in communication with us on the day we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed and provided additional information on the are and things to do. Balcony with view on the pool. 2 x walk-in, TV sets and cable. Very near of beach access entrance, near highway entrance, good spot. Various stores around, including Wallmart.
