We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites. Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Despite some of the Google reviews making me nervous, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the listing was accurate. I will admit the cleaning could have been better – for example, the windows could have used a good cleaning, I found a stain on a towel, and there was no broom available. I think its smart to buy insurance, the furniture in the rooms are in their last legs. It would suck being charged for something that is already deteriorating. Bring your your own utensils, the ones there are limited. Lastly i have one gripe, the cleanliness wasnt the best, i constantly found hair through out the rooms and living area. We couldn't believe it. Then we were told "sorry for the inconvenience" I really hope nobody else is hurt by this misrepresentation! On top of that, beware- there is almost nothing in the kitchen! No towels, no paper towels or napkins, no soap, no dish soap, no oil, not even salt and pepper. There is one pot, one pan, two bowls... its just sad. I booked this place specifically because of the beach-facing balcony, but we were put in a room with the balcony to the left. Typically this wouldn’t be that big of an issue, but there was insane construction going on the entire trip making it impossible to enjoy being outside. Additionally, the AC was crazy loud to the point where we couldn’t have it on, the WiFi connection was AWFUL, there were literal cockroaches in the kitchen, and the front desk staff were unhelpful about any of it. ##### Matthew H.
