Perfect for families or friends seeking the ultimate Miami Beach escape in one of South Beach’s most famous landmarks. ATTENTION: Max capacity is 4 adults + 2 children under 16\. No exceptions this policy is enforced by the front desk. Must be 21+ to book. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoking of any kind will result in a penalty of a $1,000 smoke-remediation fee. (1) This building strictly enforces an occupancy limit of 2 people per bedroom. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in this unit is 4 adults + 2 children under the age of 16\. All guests must be disclosed to host before check-in and registered at the front desk. (2) All visitors of guests must check in with their ID with the front-desk prior to entering the property. (3) No loud noise on the property between the hours of 9pm-9am.
