  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

We rented this place to attend a Phillies/Marlins game and it was perfect. The stadium is within walking distance from the house. The house was clean and everything was in order. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is clean and it’s in a great location to go to a baseball game or event at Loan Depot park. It’s missing some key items - There is no laundry facility and only 1 pan, 1 pot, 3 forks, etc. also two of the bedrooms have no windows so it’s pitch black if you close the doors.
