It’s an elegant base from which to enjoy resort amenities or explore Miami’s vibrant energy.  
  
THE SPACE:  
• 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room.  
• Spacious 661ft² (61 m²) of living space.  
• Ocean view with Northeastern exposure.  
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.  
• Entertainment amenities include Smart TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.  
  
GUEST ACCESS:  
The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days  
prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

GUEST SERVICES:  
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.  
  
GETTING AROUND:  
Transportation options include walking, biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.  
  
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:  
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.  
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.  
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.  
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.  
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.  
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.

#### Work and rest 

Management pops in very last minute and tries to be overly efficient, during travel phone was being given way too many calls and last min messages. I recommend a couple days prior so less stress and if anything extra is needed you will have time to organize instead of the last min scurry. Very nice group otherwise.
