"Property was amazing ! "

"The staff at the hotel was the best part of our experience. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was out of service all day and the next morning which made our stay with 3 children difficult in an unknown city, especially on a hot day when you arrive before 4pm"

"The lobby/bar/breakfast area are all crammed together and very difficult to navigate with luggage in the mornings. The "buffet breakfast" had very few items, less than a typical hotel continental breakfast at a cheap hotel chain. I paid quite a bit extra to have this "breakfast" included. The hotel is very high tech; however, most features did not work. When I checked in I received a welcome text that I could reply to if assistance was needed throughout the stay. I used it to report the TV and AC not working. The room was extremely hot despite being turned down as cool as it would go. Finally after 2 hours i went down to the desk to inquire about maintenance coming to check it out because the auto generated reply text said someone would be right up. Turns out, those messages go to a property in NYC and the Miami staff had no idea what text system i was referring to. Someone came to fix the TV but the AC issue was never fixed. I had to open the door to the hallway to let some cool air in. Definitely not worth the high cost just to be close to the Port. Will never stay again and do not recommend."

"Great location. Great shops and bars/restaurants in the same block. Amazing vibe in sushi restaurant. Very clean. Helpful staff. Accommodating for early arrival and late checkout. Suites are roomy and affordable. Quiet rooms. Quiet floor. Easy 8 minute walk to port Miami for local shopping, bars and port experience. Only 15 minute Uber drive to ocean drive and south beach. "

"Th bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. The A/C didn’t work and don’t even get me started on how long you have to wait for the elevator. I literally walked up 14 flights of stairs. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! It sold and run down to say the least. "
