Very comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings
"We were very warmly welcomed at the Chateau by the friendly staff who kindly carried our cases up the winding stairs to a very comfortable spacious room.
Despite the age of the Chateau the room had all the 'mod-cons' one hopes for these days. The bathroom had both a lovely outsized bath and a separate rain shower with good water pressure and modern fittings.
The bed was a large king size with very comfortable mattress and pillows. There was also plenty of storage for clothes if we needed it for a longer stay. Nice touches included a Nespresso coffee machine and hope make cake on arrival.
We also booked for dinner and the restaurant was particularly beautiful and staffed by very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The set menu for 4 courses at 90 euros was good value for money and fine dining at its best. Congratulations to Chef Benjamin Collombat and his brigade."

"We got a great impression straightaway: we arrived very early and the owner kindly let us straight in - which was just what we needed after a 4:30 start! The room was superb, themed and very stylish with countless individual touches. Our ‘wing’ of the house had an excellent common room which had a full range of amenities to make us feel at home, up to and including the facilities for full scale cooking if required. Breakfast was excellent.
Pierry was a beautiful little town, calm and tranquil with a plethora of champagne houses and other attractions.
Nearby Épernay - and especially L’Avenue de Champagne - were awesome. Everything you’d expect from the the world’s great marques.
Which altogether made for a fabulous vacation in the very heart of champagne country."
"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. We then asked for a box of tissue and after looking for one the clerk advised us that there were none in the hotel. The holder for the bathroom glasses was also corroded. On the outside the hotel appears clean but on the inside it was very questionable."

"Spending time n the champagne terrace was a highlight. The staff could not have been more accommodating in every way. We were only sorry that the dining room wasn’t open on either night of our stay. "
