In a well-appointed residential area near an authentic village. 10 minutes from the beaches of the Silver Coast. . The space is entirely enclosed and not overlooked. The open-plan kitchen opens directly onto the living room, the terrace and the private pool, which makes for a very friendly living space. (this rental is only accessible to families with young children who do not know how to swim) The village of Mรฉzos has a summer night market. a canoeing and kayaking starting point along the curlew
    A large network of cycle paths allow walks between the sea and the forest. Contis beach is the nearest access to the sea (shops, restaurants, bike rentals, surfboards, sports activities such as canoeing, horse riding, surfing, paddle boarding)

Nice house in Auitaine with great pool

We had a great stay in this well equipped house. The beds are comfortable, the Wifi is strong, the kitchen well equipped. Mezos is a quiet pleasant village. The super beaches of l'Aquitaine are nearby.

Ein wunderbares, gepflegtes, nicht einsehbares und umzรคuntes Grundstรผck mit einem tollen Pool, einer teilรผberdachten Terrasse mit Grill machten unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Die Einrichtung war praktisch und geschmackvoll. Fรผr Selbstversorger und Hobbykรถche steht eine perfekte Kรผche zur Verfรผgung. Frรฉdรฉric steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und war stets gut fรผr Fragen oder Anliegen erreichbar. Lademรถglichkeit fรผr E-Autos kann mit ihm besprochen werden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung nahe der kleinen Courlis, die zum Spaziergang einlรคdt. Im Ort gibt es kleinere Einkaufsmรถglichkeiten und tatsรคchlich auch ein gutes Restaurant.Die Strรคnde sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (allerdings eher 15-20 Minuten Fahrt). Parkmรถglichkeiten fรผr Fahrzeuge unter 2m. Wenn wir nicht noch so viel andere Orte erleben wollten, wรผrden wir immer wieder gerne zurรผckkommen.

Mention spรฉciale pour la piscine, qui devient trรจs agrรฉable le soir avec les lumiรจres dans lโ€™eau โ€” un vrai moment de dรฉtente. Vacances Juillet 2023

Das Haus ist auf einem groรŸen Grundstรผck am Rande von Mezos gelegen. Im Hause gibt es eine groรŸe Wohnkรผche, drei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und Badewanne sowie eine separate Toilette. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Im Garten befindet sich ein groรŸes temperiertes Pool sowie eine warme AuรŸendusche und ein Holzkohlegrill. Es gibt noch eine Tischtennisplatte und reichlich Sitz- und Liegemรถglichkeiten im Garten. Kurzum, hier findet man alles, um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber Frederic ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In unmittelbarer Nรคhe zum Haus befindet sich ein sehr schรถner Fluss, auf welchem Kanutouren veranstaltet werden; eine Kanutour ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Im Dorf gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants. Der weiรŸe Strand Contis Plage ist circa 14 km entfernt, die Wellen des Atlantiks machen sehr viel SpaรŸ. Wir waren drei Wochen mit der Familie vor Ort und hatten eine sehr schรถne und erholsame Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wiederโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿท๐Ÿ˜Ž

un lieu paisible pour se reposer

La maison se trouve dans un petit village trรจs calme. Il y a tout le nรฉcessaire ร  l'intรฉrieur de la maison. Elle est entourรฉe de verdure. Les extรฉrieurs sont amรฉnagรฉs de maniรจre ร  avoir toujours des zones d'ombre pour se reposer. La piscine est un super plus ! Il faut une voiture pour se dรฉplacer dans les diffรฉrents villages aux alentours et compter 10/15 min de voiture pour aller ร  la plage. Nous avons adorรฉ les deux semaines dans cette maison malgrรฉ la mรฉtรฉo capricieuse certains jours.

Estancia tranquila

Pasamos una semana muy agradable en esta casa. Situada a las afueras de Mezos, en una zona muy tranquila, a 5 min a pie de supermercado y restaurantes. Frederic nos recibio en la casa y nos hizo muy facil la entrada ya que habla bien espaรฑol, no hubo ninguna incidencia por lo que no fue necesario contactar de nuevo con el. Disfrutamos mucho de la piscina, es incluso mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. La playa de Contis, espectacular, esta a 15 minutos en coche. La finca esta cerrada, por lo que es adecuada para ir con perro. Nuestro perro disfruto mucho del paseo que bordea el rio cercano asi como de las olas en la playa de Contis! Si volvemos a las Landas, sin duda alquilaremos de nuevo esta casa.

Ensemble trรจs agrรฉable. Petite prรฉcision il est marquรฉ linge de maison fourni mais รงa ne comprend que le linge de lit et il manque quelques notices pour les appareils (TV, dรฉcodeur...) La relation avec le propriรฉtaire est trรจs agrรฉable M Goulard est trรจs charmant.
