The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped, separate kitchen, a large, bright living room, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a shower room.
All surrounded by a flat, fully enclosed garden, shaded terrace, private swimming pool and petanque area.
