The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English. I was seriously impressed with the great service. Thank you so much!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Only wis the bar restaurant area was in service. They were repairing water damage. The night club is loud on the weekend until late.
