All the staff we interacted with were helpful. The apartment itself was somewhat run down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable actually lumpy. Shower just so so but water pressure and temperature was fine. Our biggest complaint was bug bites from fleas ! Obviously left by a previous occupant. A suggestion for improvement is that it needs to be cleaned well. It was well equipped and comfortable. The bed was comfy. The drinking water tap was appreciated. The kitchenette is helpful. The location is close to bars, restaurants and cafes. You can walk to paseo de la reforma and Chapultepec castle. The historic centre is a short Uber ride away. Kukun was excellent with communication. They responded promptly to our request for a few more towels and a blanket. The toilet was not functioning properly when we arrived but the Kukun staff was attentive and responsive. They worked quickly to ensure the toilet was working when we can back to the apartment. The Kukun staff also were helpful when we had questions, or had any other need. The location was perfect! We felt safe walking around during the day and at night. There were many food locations to choose from and within walking distance. The staff at the building were also very friendly.
