"El personal muy amable, el lugar es bonito pero le falta limpieza, el area de alberca muy sucia por otros huéspedes, no me gusto que la habitación no tenenia refrigerador para guardar bebidas ni estufa para preparar algo de comer, esta lindo el lugar pero necesitan levantar el bar y el area de comidas, sería increíble! "We stayed at Hard Rock Los Cabos for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially with keeping drinks flowing throughout the resort. The restaurants were very good with plenty of variety, but be sure to check the weekly schedule since certain restaurants are closed on specific days. The rooms were clean, spacious, and stocked with thoughtful amenities and kits for just about everything. The only minor downside was being approached a few times about a vacation club/timeshare presentation, but they were always respectful when we declined. Overall, great service, food, and accommodations. We would definitely stay again."
