9/10 Wonderful! (20 reviews)
The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location near city center and the train station which made travel between other cities very easy. Almost everything we wanted to see was within walking distance distance. There are a huge variety of restaurants near by. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very welcoming.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (147 reviews)
Stay for a few days on our first time being in Rome. The area (East-end of Pratti) is very nice, quiet, pedestrian friendly and heavier with locales rather than tourists.
The restaurant in the hotels provides an excellent breakfast. The staff clearly have experience working together as a team. 24/7 staffed reception was a helpful benefit.

8.2/10 Very good! (258 reviews)
"Breakfast did not have many options. Although this was supposedly a five-star resort, the overall experience did not feel like a five-star stay. The customer service was definitely the best part of the hotel, as the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room design was quite uncomfortable ..."
