Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio with sweeping views of forests, the Pacific Ocean, and the Olympic Mountains. Rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub, or book a private sauna & cold plunge session in our newly built Forest Wellness space. This retreat from the every day will leave you feeling calm and renewed. This thoughtfully designed home was built with sustainability in mind and in harmony with its natural surroundings. With countless ways to enjoy the local outdoors, spend your days hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring—then return knowing that all the comforts of home await you, including a king-sized bed, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor hot tub. Our rural retreat is shared with nature and local wildlife. Deer families often wander the property, alongside a variety of bird species and native West Coast plants that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons. We also have two friendly family dogs who happily welcome pats and treats from guests. In addition, we run a small bee farm, Smoky Mountain Apiary, allowing guests to enjoy fresh local honey upon arrival—a sweet taste of the area’s natural harvest. (Our bees are currently off-property foraging at nearby farms.) We’ve recently introduced our Forest Wellness space to further enhance your stay. This private outdoor sanctuary features a sauna, cold plunge, and a large fire bowl with comfortable seating, where guests can relax and enjoy complimentary tea. The space also includes a Wellness & Workshop Dome, ideal for meditation and self-guided practices. Throughout the year, we host unique workshops and wellness offerings designed to restore, inspire, and reconnect you with both creativity and nature. Kindly note that the sauna, along with select wellness services & scheduled workshops, are available by reservation and carries an additional fee. The route to get here was a little winding and long, but we were rewarded with the most stunning views and clean, comfortable, and modern suite at the top. Delightful amenities and little touches awaited us and we thoroughly enjoyed the few days we spent here. I could go on and on about this stay and all the positives, but suffice it to say, it was all things wonderful and delightful! The highest recommendation for our hosts and without a doubt we would stay here again. (Make sure you pick up some of their honey...it's delicious and we gifted it to family on our return.
