We have only positive things to say about this VRBO, the location was nice, we had a good visit and the everything went well! The home was clean and well equipped! The only thing that we would’ve preferred is to not have to clean and put away all the dishes before we left. I think it’s easier just to be asked to turn on the dishwasher as you’re leaving and then that way whatever cleaning company comes in, they could put away the clean dishes so that you don’t have to be washing dishes and coffee mugs as you’re trying to check out.

Great Place to Stay
This vacation rental is a gem. I booked it for a family vacation. It was a good decision. The condo was a perfect choice for our family. The unit was clean, near the pool (that the kids really enjoyed), and a close to a park. It was within a 15 minute walking distance to two casinos. We will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Stay
This Condo was very clean and spacious. Parking was easy and just down the stairs. This place had everything we needed for our stay. We used the kitchen which had all the pans and utensils we needed. The beds were nice and everything was clean. We had 7 people in our group and it was an enjoyable stay.

Location Location Location
This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. But best of all was the location, we were within minutes of choice golf courses, and walking distance from the casinos. There were nice walking areas right out the front door. The view as beautiful. The manager was very responsive and was easy to work with. Check in, a piece of cake. The only things we would improve on are the plastic cover on the matress needs a thick matress pad, the beds were super comfy but that plastic cover kept us up. We missed having a grill outside to use. But the food in the area was great so not as much as otherwise! Enjoyed it tremendously and will be back!

First problem was I let the owner know that I am a disabled Veteran. Was not told that this was an upstairs condo/apartment and then the master bedroom is another flight of stairs up too. There was NO hot water to clean up after a day if sightseeing. Host was willing to get in touch with plumbing company the next day but they couldn't come out until later in the afternoon. We are on a trip to see the country and not our responsibility to wait for the plumber. Owner called while we were out to ask if he could let the plumber in while we were not there and we did not feel comfortable with them coming in with our belongings in there. Don't need the problem of something happening and we get blamed. His solution for us was to go to the rec center to clean up. Really??? I'm supposed to take all my things to go clean up at a public recreation center and then take it all back to the place I paid for and couldn't take a hot shower? Once again I am a 100% disabled veteran. Out of all the TVs (4) only 2 could stream and the others could not, one being the master bedroom, cable tv only!!! Would not rent again and he didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience whatsoever or even a veterans discount which 90% or more of places do offer a discount.

Allen, Thank you for your review. This is how I get better as host. I have since added wording about the stairs explaining there are 2 sets of stairs a guest may have to travel to get to our condo and to the Master bedroom. The plumber issue was tough, as the plumbing company in which we purchased the water heater from was down from their standard 3 to 2 plumbers, as an employee had left the company. On a positive note the plumber was there the same day we contacted him because we paid the plumbing companies after hour fee to guarantee hot water was restored that day. To fix this issue I now have the owner of the companies cell phone number to get assitance quicker. Thank you Troy

Comfortable stay
The property was clean and comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the lock trying to get in but Troy answered our call right away and got things taken care of for us. We used the hot tub one night and it was wonderful. We didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was well equiped. Would stay here again on a future visit.
