La majorité des meubles sur les photos sont purement décoratifs (fermés à clé), le chauffe eau fuit légèrement (bonjour l’odeur d’humidité). L’agence gérant l’annonce n’étant pas la même que l’agence gérant la propriété il a été compliqué d’avoir le contact de la seconde. Et l’agence qu’on peut contacter via le site ne daigne pas répondre à la moindre question."

"Aucune hésitation à avoir, location parfaite pour des vacances parfaites. Gîte super bien situé bien au calme et idéalement situé pour découvrir la région à pied ou en voiture. Rien ne manque, aucun souci de logistique à se faire et en prime, cerise sur le gâteau, les hôtes sont très aimables et souriants et bien à l'écoute de leurs invités. "A very pleasant stay at the Grand Hotel and especially due to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They truly make you feel at home in the beautifully refurbished hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but would be even better if a little fridge was added because with the recent heatwave, you need to have fresh water in the room. Another improvement would be in the restaurant. Although the quality of the food on offer is absolutely excellent, the choice is limited and the same every night. If a few simple dishes were added to the menu, it would help people who are staying more than one night as the town of Evaux-les-Bains does not offer a lot of places to eat at. Still an excellent choice of hotel with a lovely pool and spa."

"The hotel was pet friendly, which was important to us. The room was nice and clean but unfortunately it didn’t have air conditioning and the weather was very hot. The restaurant in the hotel was closed the night we stayed there but it was close to a very nice one within sight of the hotel which was recommended by the owner. The breakfast was very good the following morning."

"There was no air conditioning in the bedroom as it was broken The A la Carte menu choices was the same every day we ask for Fries and was told the kitchen did not have the facilities for this? The reception staff were receptive but looked glum - we asked if they could arrange for a taxi for us and was told they would not do this The setting was breathtaking The spar and pool facilities were good The female bar tender was very helpful and accommodating with requests The cleaning ladies were cheerful and very helpful"
