"We stayed at Equator hotel 3 nights during our Safari in Tanzania, before, and after. The staff was always smiling and we enjoyed at lot of fist and elbow greetings. Our laundry was done very timely. The restaurant was spacious and the food was well prepared. Expedia didn’t contact them for our arrival but the Equator staff were able to accommodate us. We eve had a few words in Swahili taught to us by the staff. "

The restuarant has 2 menus however the staff only give al a carte ...although they do have a snack menu. Customer service needs to be looked into. When I questioned i did notice staff had taken off I.D badges off so i was difficult to assess. Found the staff to be quite rude and dismissive. Not an enjoyable stay im afraid. "
