Da die Wohnung keine Heizung besitzt, die Vermieterin zu keinem Zeitpunkt vor Ort war, mußten wir Vorzeitig abreisen. Ob die 'Mit-Vertrauen-Buchen-Garantie von HomeAway' helfen wird, den uns entstandenen Schaden zu regulieren (Erstattung der Kosten für die Mietwohnung) bleibt abzuwarten.
