Room was basic but clean and in a good location. Walls were very thin, the people in the room next door were so loud keeping us awake at all hours. They also decided to change all the door handles during the stay which we were not informed about at check in which was also very loud and continued late into the evening.

This was a great hotel and staff was amazing. Best bread I have ever eaten in Europe.
The only problem was the rooms were very small especially for a suite and the shower had hot water that went from cold to scalding while taking a shower.
This made taking a shower a very unpleasant experience.

Our stay at the Zacosta was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. George, especially, went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. The daily breakfast in the courtyard was peaceful and very delicious. We highly recommend the suite with the small courtyard for a quiet escape from the business of Old Town. We also enjoyed the convenience to the new town and the port from the hotel as well! Please don’t hesitate to book here for a wonderful experience.
