Great

I booked a solo trip to Qatar in November and I came across this lovely hotel. I have to say it’s one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been too, the staff here deliver exceptional customer service. My flight arrived at 06:00am and I got to the hotel at 08:00am. The room I booked was a deluxe king size bed with balcony, my room wasn’t going to be ready till 15:00pm. However, they go above and beyond here at this hotel. They are fully committed to delivering the best customer service and...

Amazing stay at alWadi M Gallery. Clean, beautiful and close to everything/restaurants. Would highly recommend

Lovely hotel. Staff are hospitable and very helpful

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazingly helpful and couldn't assist enough when my back went. The rooms are amazing and cool. The pool is lovely and although close to the airport you don't hear a single plane. On another point it is advertised on Expedia.co.uk that the hotel has an airport shuttle. This is wrong it doesn't so get a cab. Hopefully Expedia will update their Web - site to reflect this.

Right from the initial check in to checking out we could not have asked for friendlier staff. We had a room upgrade on arrival and waiting in our room was a tray with strawberries, dates and chocolates along with a chocolate sauce. All the staff were extremely friendly and any requests were met with a willingness to help. The complimentary massage was an added treat as was the fruit delivered to the room at the start of our second week. The pool area was well designed and because there weren't...

(+) all is great (location, facilities, service, ...) (-)valet is crowded sometimes, and they didn't give us the room directly when we arrived at 2:30 pm (they said check in is at 3)

A very memorable experience We will definitely going back for our next holiday, Very nice room designs, modern touch and spacious, the room is well lit, The bed pillows and blankets are very comfortable It gave me a very deep sleep Amazingly the AC is very silent and almost no noise at all The housekeeping is very diligent and always give us clean towels I am so happy with my experience with your hotel, We enjoyed it,

Staff were extremely hospitable, polite and helpful. I arrived at 5am and was greeted with courtesy and a room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless and felt like home. Housekeeping staff especially were highly attentive and prompt. This hotel exceeded my expectations both in terms of service and location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely property, mall nearby and Souq short walk. Good breakfast.

Staff very friendly, hotel spotless

Very nice stay at the Al Najada. I felt like I was on a set of an Arabian Knights movie. One problem at end of stay though when I wanted a taxi to the airport a member of staff had called a non-metered private vehicle. I didn't realise till into the journey that it wasn't a proper taxi as I assumed being a 5 star hotel that all the staff were honest. Was charged 15 riyal more than taxis' do. But what can you do when they have your luggage in their boot. I have informed the hotel and they are...

Was a stunning hotel stay, very luxurious

The staff were so friendly and helpful particularly Thinzar who made my daughter feel so special but also Kish, Puran, Monir and Paba. No request was too much

Stayed in Premiem 3 Bedroom apartment residence. It was huge for the 4 of us. Very clean and tidy. Fresh towels and water delivered daily. Can not fault it. We are missing it so much now!! Staff were great. We hope to return again one day in the near future.
