"It was just a basic simple base for me to go camel trekking from the next day. Nothing fancy but it is very reasonably priced and has friendly staff. Good value for money."
"Welcome and check in fast but unpersonalized and not very friendly. No typical welcome with tea. Room big and clean. Heather not enough for space. Extra seating area great but cold. Very good Breakfast"
"A beautiful unique place right at the sand dunes. The description "connected with a shopping center" is wrong, there is no shopping center. It is connected with a well-equipped camping site. The last stretch of the access road goes across sand, unpaved. Camel rides are right next door. Beautiful sunsets, sky full of stars, open-fire barbeque for delicious food which comes in huge portions and with many tasty sides. WiFi works in the common area but not in the simple rooms and the water didn't...

"I don't recommend this hotel as the staff is really rude, the rooms are in very bad conditions and they mention they have internet but it doesn't work at all."
"This hotel denied my checking, after a long journey driving to merzouga from Marrakech, Hotel staff say that the hotel is overbooked , and blame it on Expedia, no communication with booking sitewebs. The surprising part is , they denied my booking , but still go with the payment. End up looking for a place to stay the old fashioned way , . Avoid avoid and avoid this place at all costs. "
"The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss.
The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price."
