Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied d'une entrĂ©e de la plage, pas trop frĂ©quentĂ©e. Il est plus spacieux que l'impression que donne les photos, et les Ă©quipements correspondent Ă  l'annonce. La literie est confortable, et la prĂ©sence d'une machine Ă  laver est bien. Des meubles d'extĂ©rieur (tables, chaises, chaises longues, barbecue...) permettent de vraiment pouvoir profiter du jardin.J'enlève une Ă©toile pour la vĂ©tustĂ© de certains Ă©quipements (portail très dur Ă  manipuler, une des portes fenĂŞtres du salon qui fermait mal, bouton de la chasse d'eau cassĂ©, fil Ă  linge extĂ©rieur inutilisable, manque de quelques Ă©quipements de cuisine comme une paire de ciseaux ou un grand couteau de cuisine); et pour la propretĂ© un peu limite Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (lave vaisselle plein de traces et vaisselle mal lavĂ©e, salle de bain pleine de calcaire dans douche et Ă©vier, poussière sur les plinthes et sous les meubles, jardin avec pas mal de ronces qui sortaient des haies). Die Ausstattung lässt kaum wĂĽnsche offen. Das beschriebene Durchgangszimmer ist aufgrund der Dachschrägen nur als Schlafgelegenheit zu sehen und nicht als vollwertiges Zimmer. Bad, Wohnzimmer, KĂĽche und das Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung. Leider ist das Haus insgesamt sehr muffig. Wir haben täglich das ganze Haus gelĂĽftet. Dennoch blieb der muffige Geruch. Richtig gemerkt haben wir den Geruch nach unserer Heimkehr. Sämtlich Kleidung mussten wir waschen, da sich der unangenehme Geruch in allen Textilien festgesetzt hat. Das ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich. Die Waschmaschine fängt im Schleudergang wild an zu tanzen. Es wäre fĂĽr kĂĽnftige Mieter sehr wĂĽnschenswert, wenn der EigentĂĽmer etwas gegen den muffigen Geruch unternehmen wĂĽrde. Sehr gut ist die Lage des Objektes. Der Strand ist fuĂźläufig zu erreichen.
