Sandy beach at 300 meters: direct access. Rent from May 19th to September 28th. 1st floor. In residence raised. Private parking at the bottom of the stairs. Downtown: 800 meters. Located in Merville-Franceville-Plage, between Cabourg and Ouistreham. Charges included: water, electricity and heating. Internet connection: individual WI-FI box. In excellent condition: decoration redone recently. Modern household appliances. New bedding. Covers, duvets, mattress pads and pillows provided. In troubleshooting, linen and towels are available. 5 beds: 1 bed 140x190, 1 BZ 90x190 and 1 sofa bed 140x200. Kitchen area: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor, crockery and utensils + cupboards.
