Situado en el alto de Meruelo, asomado al precioso valle que lo rodea podrás disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el entorno rural sin renunciar a las famosas playas de Isla y Noja a tan solo 9 minutos en coche. Este bajo es accesible y está adaptado a minusválidos (solo hay una pequeño escalón en su acceso al jardín ,) dispone de dos dormitorios con cama king size y televisión , un salón con cocina integrada y sofá cama, dos baños completos y jardín con comedor exterior . La cocina está equipada con horno-microondas, cafetera italiana, batidora y lavadora. Todo el apartamento dispone de suelo radiante, wifi de alta velocidad, entrada autónoma con cerradura electrónica y ha sido completamente renovado en 2025.
