This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient.

The rooms and property are a little outdated. No microwave in the room. Alot of painting needs to be done. Not like some other resorts I've stayed at.

The room was clean enough , however the rooms are not updated. Had old tv so no streaming platforms , movies or anything even went to buy a hdmi cord and the tv couldnt even support it.
