The booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without a parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation of this rule may result in a removal from the property without a refund.
No unauthorized overnight guests that are not accounted for on the reservation. Any unauthorized guest found to be staying overnight will incur an extra charge of $50.

The pool is equipped with a heater. The charge for using the heater is $25 per day. Children should always be supervised around the pool.

Perfect!

I spent 3 days with my grandsons precruise. It was absolutely perfect! We were close to KSC and the Cruise Port Terminal. The property and pool spotless! Enjoyed our stay!

Quick Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend (Sat-Tues) and everything was really nice. I picked Tropical Island House because it was near my brother's house and it had a pool. The house is very nicely set up with two bedrooms and bathrooms and an outdoor shower as well. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the outdoor area using the pool and the covered patio area. We were even able to stay out there during a rain storm. There was a grill outside and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans. The host was very gracious and we ended up meeting and chatting with them. They were very accommodating! The house was a perfect setup for the two of us but would work well for a family or two couples too. I would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Merritt Island!

Beautiful little haven..decorated lovely and the landscaping in the backyard is beautiful with the small pool to cool off perfectly!
