The word "resort" possibly over-sells it, but it was a clean, good room and the reception staff member was very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to help us solve a personal issue that wasn't connected to the hotel. Aircon all good a few loose screws here and there but generally good. No hot water at night on our arrival but ok in the morning
