"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Chelmsford. The room was very clean and quiet. Nice to have an alarm clock! We had to leave early, so missed the complimentary breakfast. It was great to have the 24 hour coffee machine however."

"I didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t service our room. I didn’t see a note that said it needed to be requested…so we came back to room and bed wasn’t made and we didn’t have fresh towels. So I’d recommend just request service to be sure. Another issue for me is why are they charging daily for parking and the lot isn’t secured or monitored ."
