Everything went well with our stay however we highly recommend that you do not stay in room 101 as it is right by the door and under the stairs! ( very noisy)

The space above us was either very loud, heavy footed guests who were up all night long or it was a space for workers. We had a very difficult time sleeping due to the noise and when we inquired about it there was no response.

Lukewarm stay
The door keys needed to be reprogrammed often. The shower didn't drain water efficiently. The heat and refrigerator made noise. I am currently staying in another holiday inn in another state and its way better!

Need Update
As you enter the hotel there's pungent smell, and worst when you're in the elevator. Breakfast was mostly the same everyday. Lights in the room and bathroom was dim. This was my second stay in the same hotel location. Need massive cleaning or probably update. Furniture were the fridge was in, has the door ripped on the side, had to push the fridge door hard to close. Probably we got what we paid for, less than $90. Oh well!

Awesome place that remembers the little things!
All of the staff have been amazing; really friendly and helpful. We needed a few toiletries and things and they had them available for us, which was a huge time-saver-they even had extra ketchup packets when we ordered food one day and didn't get any, which was awesome. Free breakfast has been delicious, and the room has been clean and comfortable. I also love that they have a hot cocoa bar in the lobby-it's the little things that make all of the difference. I love this place!

The Holiday Inn Express in Merrick NH was immaculate. I can’t say one negative thing about it., Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. Great rate with breakfast included. Felt very safe . I will definitely stay here again !

Overall, A Nice Stay
The room amenities were nice & so was the hot breakfast. The room was in good condition & appeared clean, but I put my laptop on the floor between the nightstand & the bed for a couple of hours & when I picked it up again it was covered with ants! Also, the curtains wouldn't close. We really like the place otherwise; especially the full size toiletries - Dove brand.

Mother Daughter Get awae
Came for a one night mother daughter trip and to do some x-mas shopping. Even got there early and they were able accommodate us and check us into a room early which was fabulous. Everything from our room to the lobby to the breakfast area was spotless. They also served a free breakfast and even that wase awesome. If your looking for reasonable priced short get away, check out the Holiday Inn in Merrimack New Hampshire.

I have stayed here many times in the past. My son and his family live about five miles away. However, this time was different. The heating unit in my room was extremely loud. Every time it turned on, it woke me up. I couldn't ask for a different room because the hotel was sold out (it was Thanksgiving day). I also found trash in the bathroom trashcan. I realize that it was Thanksgiving Day but I would have expected at least that the trash would have been emptied when they prepped the room. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good, even though I didn't show up until the last half hour it was available. The staff is pleasant and helpful. This is my honest review for this individual stay.
