Great location
Property has alot of great features but does need some maintenance to make it fantastic. Located perfect for a trip to buller. Drying cupboard is a small room with a heater which i find dangerous. Generous sized rooms and living.

Changue Blue
Great little house for a couple nights. Good location close to Mt Buller gates and comfortable. The futons upstairs are not the best for sleeping on but the other beds were good. Not enough knives and forks if you have over 10 people. And the whole place could do with a good spring clean and freshen up. Other than those few things it’s a lovely house and location

Dirty & Run down
Property was very dirty with insects, cob webs, ants, very dusty etc. Upstairs carpet has not been vacuumed for a long time. Towels, floor mats etc were old. All the furniture were old, damaged and dirty. Furniture definitely needs to be replaced. It is a good location but very bad condition.

Convenient
Close to Mt Buller for ski season. Enough room for all. Drying room was great. Firewood was cut and ready to use. Appliances (oven & dishwasher) need to be upgraded but overall, would stay again. Thankyou.

Good but could be better
Property was a good size for our group of 8. Beds were comfortable but some more winter bedding would have been good, but if you sleep with heater on then it’s ok. Dishwasher filter was filthy making it unusable. Dishes in cupboard weren’t clean so had to wash before use, but that might have been as a result of the dishwasher issue. This was reported to owner so should be ok for next person. Still disappointing however when paying so much. Shower was nice and hot and instant gas so everyone had a hot shower. Provided fire wood is kept out in the weather so if you want to use the combustion heater you’ll need your own dry wood. Close to Buller and much cheaper than staying on mountain. Quiet area with a nice view of the mountain. This place was good but could be much better with all of the negatives being easy to fix.

Spacious family getaway house
We all enjoyed our stay. The house has a an open plan living area which we loved. The house was clean. Big dining area so we could all eat together and play board games.

Highlight of the property is that it’s very close to Mt Buller. Even if the house is just 3 bedrooms it holds a lot of people… good for a large group. The house is very old and outdated so if that doesn’t bother you its good for a weekend away and affordable

High Country Getaway
Lovely home with spectacular views. Home was well equipped with enough for two large families. Only 15 mins from Mt Buller perfect for a snow day.

Winter getaway
The property was perfect for us and our friends. It is clean, plenty of spaces and sleeping areas for everyone. It is close to restaurants and is a perfect stopover before heading to Mt Buller summit.
