A modern spacious top floor, open plan unit, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (ensuite with spa). This unit has excellent water views overlooking Merimbula Lake and over to the ocean. The lounge area opens out to a large balcony area with BBQ and the kitchen has both microwave and dishwasher. Centrally located only approx. 200m to RSL, 300m to town and approx. 500m to Spencer Park. Quality inclusions throughout plus double lock up garage (with remote). Bedding consists of a queen size bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and WIR, queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third.

This is a lovely apartment with great views, but unfortunately it had no air conditioning which meant we had to cut our holiday short. I don't like posting negative reviews, but after contacting the agents, we still never heard back from the owners. There is a back door to open to get a breeze but this can't be left open if you have young children as there is no flyscreen door and the door opens out to a flight of concrete stairs. There are flyscreens at the front of the house, but they also cant be left open with kids as they open out to a very low balcony railing, they could be locked but one of the fly wires was already fraying and could be easily opened. Merimbula does get hot in summer, so it's a shame that there isn't at least one split system in the living room to cool things down. As the apartment is on the third floor, heat rises so these problems could be easily and relatively cheaply rectified. This place would be fine if you were staying in any other season. We will be opting for more modern accommodation next time.
