Penthouse Views in Central Merimbula

Two bedroom unit located in the middle of Merimbula’s township. Just one minute walk to town and to the water this unit is not one to be missed. With sweeping views over Merimbula Lake, this unit comes with a beautiful balcony to sit and look at the water.

Features include: Flat Screen HD T.V and Blue Ray Player, Dishwasher, Microwave, Reverse Cycle Air conditioner, Undercover Parking. Washing Machine and Dryer.
Bedding includes: One Queen Size Bed and Two Single Beds.

Important Notice: YOU Need TO Bring Sheets Towels Pillow Cases AND TEA Towels BUT IF Required Contact OUR Office FOR A Linen Hire Service AT Your Cost.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and checkout time is strictly 10am.



Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.

Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.
Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid-February.

Great location and views

We really enjoyed our stay, was great to be so close to everything and wake up to beautiful lake views every morning.Unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and stress free.

We were very happy with this apartment. The location was perfect, the place was incredibly clean, and the price was great. Highly recommend for a family of 4-5 looking for an affordable, clean place to stay.

Location was the only saving grace

The location of this property is perfect but unfortunately, that's about where it ends. The apartment had an odour as if it hadn't been aired out in a while, it was very tired & run-down and the beds were like planks of wood. Apart from the amazing views and location this apartment is definitely not worth the $$ they're asking for it.

Enjoyable stay in Merimbula

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Merimbula, a charming coastal town. The accommodation we selected was ideally situated, within walking distance to the town center and restaurants. The beach was accessible via a 15-minute walk across the bridge. Additionally, we discovered an excellent fish and chip shop near the beach, which served the best food we've had in a long time. Helen provided outstanding service, particularly when the TV malfunctioned. She promptly replaced it with a new one, which we greatly appreciated given our week-long stay. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four. However, the bed was a significant letdown, as it was extremely hard, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. While it might have been tolerable for a shorter stay, it was not suitable for a week. Consequently, we always felt tired. If we return to Merimbula in the future, which we hope to do, we would unfortunately choose to stay elsewhere due to the bed. My husband experienced back pain throughout the week. Updating the bed would significantly enhance the overall stay experience for everyone. Wifi would have been nice to have, unfortunately non existent. It can get a bit noisey from 6.30 am with traffic and the airport close by. I would recommend staying but only if you like sleeping on hard beds.

Perfect Location

Apartment has amazing views over the water and is close to town but still in quiet location with boardwalk just round the corner and beach 10 mins walk away over causeway.

Perfect location for a week at the seaside!

A lovely view from the balcony tops the list of positives about staying at this 2BR apartment. Really close to cafes, shops, restaurants and walking distance to the main surf beach. Pre-brekkie exercise is along the pretty boardwalk nearby (1 hour return). Can't beat it!

Position perfect in Bermagui

Easy access to after hours key access. Property accurately described although I must of missed the fact that no linen was supplied so I had to buy it there. Luckily Harris Scarf was in walking distance and still open as real estate agent was closed. Perfectly positioned walking distance to all main shops and restaurants and magnificent view of the waterways. Clean rental with kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking appliances. Great for a couple or small family.

Stunning views!

This accommodation was even better than we thought it would be. The views that greet you on arrival are just stunning, day and night. We had the nicest couple of weeks here. There is a flight of steps to climb to the front door and the site is very steep so probably not suited to the very frail.

fantastic

I cannot begin to say how much we loved staying in this unit. It had everything plus and the view was spectacular. Even though the weather dished up some very wet days, it didn't stop us enjoying this place....we stayed for 2 weeks from mid August 2014. I believe it's the best apartment we have ever stayed in and we would love to go back someday
