"We needed a hotel for three adult family members with parking for one night, conveniently located near Mérida’s old town, and Hotel Velada met our needs perfectly. Check-in was prompt and smooth, and we were able to add a last-minute breakfast option without any hassle. Extending check-out by an hour was also easy to arrange with a quick phone call. The room, while on the smaller side, was clean and well-prepared to accommodate all our needs. The hotel’s location was a big advantage, within walking distance of a covered public swimming pool as well as the Roman amphitheater and theater. Overall, it was a great choice for our short stay in Mérida."

"We absolutely loved Merida and this apartment was a great location - very close to restaurants and shopping. Walkable to everything in town. There was a mix up somehow on the property we had rented and I’m not sure what exactly went wrong but the hosts had this property available and moved us to this one. At first we were a little frustrated as this was not as modern as what we had rented but it was a great place and we loved staying here. It was a little larger than what we were planning on and we appreciated the extra space. Great communication with the hosts throughout and it really was a great experience. "
