The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

"The staff are friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. The location is also very convenient. The room is a bit small but big enough. Air condition is good for the heatwave. It would be good to have a peep hole on the door but it is not a deal breaker."

"Nice hotel, great location -- steps from the Grand Place and the Central Train Station (beware of some cobblestones along the way, though; a little bumpy for suitcase wheels). Breakfast was expensive, though (30 euros per person!), so we opted to stock up on yogurt, fruits, and OJ from the train ..."
