The room was clean and well prepared, and the instructions for assembling the sofa bed were clear and easy to follow. A small kitchenette was available, which was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices for both adults and children. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We’re very much looking forward to staying here again on 30th December. Some of the light bulbs were not working in the room. (68 reviews) An Unforgettable Combloux Stay! Our stay at Chalet Alpen Valley in Combloux was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location alone is hard to beat and perfectly positioned with easy access to the Beauregard ski lift and surrounded by some of the most beautiful alpine scenery imaginable. The suite was breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Mont Blanc that we never got tired of admiring. Waking up to that panorama each morning was truly magical. The suite itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy beds that guaranteed a great night’s sleep after a day in the mountains. Dining was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with high-quality ingredients, delicious flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made every meal feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a beautiful, memorable experience, whether you’re relaxing in the spa, enjoying the cinema, or simply coming back from a day on the slopes. Chalet Alpen Valley is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return. (35 reviews) The room was clean; however, unfortunately the towels provided were not sufficient and the fridge did not work. Maintenance came to check the fridge, but it still didn’t work afterward. There is a coffee machine that can be used to heat water, but you need to buy dishwasher capsules and dishwashing detergent yourself. Only two towels per person are provided, and if you stay for one week, you need to wash the towels yourself. Washing costs and drying an additional ! I would like to say a big thank you to the Infant Club, especially Chloe — they are doing a great job. The pool did not work for four days. The water was very cold most of the time, and only twice was it warm. You also need slippers, as these are not provided. The beauty salon is very expensive! The reception staff give instructions, but they are not very clear, and you still need to ask many additional questions.
