The villa´s prime location also offers easy pedestrian access to the resort´s variety of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The capital town, Mahón, and its picturesque natural harbour is 20-minute drive away, as are the popular north coast virgin beaches, Binimel-là, Cavallería, and Pregonda. The resort bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and for those who hire a vehicle during their stay, the villa has off-street parking for two vehicles. Villa Bellavista has been built on a sizeable plot with enough space for family and friends to gather, relax and dine outdoors. The spacious terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, which can be heated during the cooler months, is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and an outdoor dining table with chairs placed underneath a large sun sail. Beyond the terrace is an artificial grass lawn that is an ideal play area for small children, and next to the dining area, a stone barbeque for al fresco cooking.
