Las Villas Playas de Fornells are a group of Minorcan-style villas, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and capacity for 5 people. Each villa has a terrace with sea views to enjoy a relaxing sunset and private swimming pool.

They are located 100m from a supermarket and restaurants, 400m from Cala Tirant beach and 30km from Mahón airport. They are situated in an ideal area for families and very close to the sea.

Each villa has a private swimming pool and terrace, outdoor furniture, built-in barbecue, hotplate, safe, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English) and DVD.

The kitchen is separate, features a ceramic hob and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been completed, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
