Cosy villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Son Parc. Features air conditioning in all bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc. It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts. As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children. Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.
