The ground floor consists of a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, courtesy toilet, and access to the spacious front and rear terraces. On the first floor are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite). On the upper floor there is a solarium, an outdoor dining area with pergola and barbecue area and a chill-out zone with views over the bay of Fornells.
